A People^xs consultant will help you set realistic deadlines and makes sure these deadlines are kept. He will also help you to make a plan to ease the transition to a new system and to ensure a high acceptance rate in your organization.

we will train your users
Special training sessions for your HR staff and your line management will quickly bring them up to speed on how to work with People^xs. Your local IT organization will be trained on how to make small adjustments to the configuration. We will provide you with training materials so you can train new users yourself. But you can also send them to the People^xss academy to receive a training from one of our consultants.
