People^xs Product Management Services covers a wide range of activities, from the moment a new idea for a functionality comes up, to the development and to the final delivery of functionality.
 
change management
When the top-5 of customer wishes on our communtity is identified for a specific release, People^xs Product Management will contact you for further information, and will then write the necessary specifications. During the entire development cycle, Product Management ensures your idea will be delivered according to your wishes. For this a detailed and transparent change management procedure is used. The same applies for any billable development under a Professional Services contract.
 
testing (stage and beta)
Tests of new functionalities are vital for successful development of People^xs. We offer all customers the option to test new functionalities well before the live date. These tests are performed in a test environment with identical setup as the customer's live environment. Product Management coordinates these sessions.
 
Product Management also regularly offers customers the possibility to participate in beta-tests related to industry-specific functionalities. For more information on upcoming beta-tests, please send an email to product.management@peoplexs.com.
 
release notes
For every release customers will receive a release document. This document will include step by step information about the new functionalities and changes in People^xs. This information will also be available under the Help & Support portal.
 
webinars
A webinar will mainly be connected to the quarterly releases, where a consultant will walk you through specific functionalities or changes. The webinar is free for customers with Gold support.
The webinars will be offered in Dutch, English and Danish.
 
manual updates
With each new release, the overall People^xs manual is updated. Customers will be able to find the latest version of the manual in their Help & Support portal.
