To find a system which could adjust to our needs.
We have about 2,900 employees in 15 different companies. The companies (newspapers) compete with each other, so our strategy is to give the various companies time-saving recruitment tools without storing applicants.

We chose Peoplexs professional talent management edition, enabling us to use both manger and standard vacancy portals. We employ the manager portal in such a way that each newspaper (company) is in charge of their own recruitment process. The vacancy portal is utilized to publish our jobs on the website of each of our newspapers.
