Straightforward recruiting
In order to address the need for a simple and straightforward recruitment package PeopleXS has developed the Basic Edition. Many consultancy firms and recruitment agencies do not need the rich functionalities of full-blown recruitment solutions. Therefore the Basic Edition offers the opportunity to opt for a low-priced solution with only the necessary core features.
Integration with any website
The Basic Edition will allow applicants to apply for requisitions on the companies existing web site or portal. All applying candidates will be stored in the PeopleXS database with the necessary personal information and a resumé. This information is made available for full-text searching by recruiters. These features support the core tasks that are present in each recruitment process.
Search functionality
Finding the right candidate is core business for recruiters. It is therefore the core functionality in the basic edition. The full-text search option allows you to specify criteria that you are looking for as well as what you are 'not' looking for in a candidate. You just type several specifications and hit the search button. The results are presented and can be filtered even further by adding criteria to your search.
Simplicity
We choose for the simplicity of a full-text search, because of its powerful ability to search the resume database with any query a recruiter would like to perform. It is fast and straightforward. What you see is what you get. Or rather, what you type is what you get. This is what makes it interesting for customers that only want to support the core of the recruitment process. It is so simple and easy to use that a user manual on this edition is not even necesarry. A short on-line introduction to the software is sufficient for users to start using the application.
