With the Peoplexs mobility module, you always include internal candidates in a recruitment procedure automatically and if necessary, give existing employees priority in the selection.
In the mobility module it is possible to build up a database of available employees. Employees who are interested can create a profile via a separate portal and state their preferences. When a vacancy arises, you can see straight away which internal staff are eligible for the position, and the employees reason for seeking alternative employment can be taken into consideration. Thanks to the way in which the module is integrated with our recruitment solution, employers can start recruiting externally immediately if no suitable internal candidates are available.
If compulsory outplacement is required, this must of course be carried out as carefully as possible. This is why the system provides a link with the agencies concerned, through which the entire dismissal supervision process can be monitored effectively.
