Frank R. Oddens – Managing Director
Frank is a founding member of PeopleXS. Frank was previously employed at Oracle for 5 years, starting as the first sales executive responsible for Oracle Human Resources applications in the Netherlands. He successfully closed numerous multi million Euro HRM/ERP sales projects in Media, Government and Finance markets. Prior to PeopleXS, he had three key sales management and operations positions as European Regional Manager at Endeca, Vice President Sales and Business Development at MarketXS.com and European Manager at Mirror Image. Next to his directorship at PeopleXS, Frank is an adjunct faculty member at Webster University Leiden (Netherlands) teaching Systems Analysis and Design.
Frank obtained his Bachelors degree in Economics from the Amsterdam School of Business. He earned his M.B.A. at Webster University and rounded his entrepreneurial knowledge at Harvard Business School.
Leo B. Scheltinga – Development and Research Director
Leo is a founding member of PeopleXS. Leo initiated and developed the first prototype leading to the current PeopleXS hiring platform available to many worldwide customers. With Leo’s guiding vision PeopleXS is now the most effective HR-Hiring information platform. Leo has a wealth of applied knowledge in the field of Corporate Recruitment and IT. As a leading consultant for over 12 years at LogicaCMG, Leo gained solid experience in application development and implementation management. Leo managed multi-million IT projects across Europe in the space of Telco’s and Government organisations. During his time at LogicaCMG he became responsible for recruiting trainees and experienced staff for one of LogicaCMG's divisions.
Leo holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from The Hague University.
Eelco T. Scheltinga – Consulting Director
Eelco is a founding member of PeopleXS. Prior to starting PeopleXS, Eelco held various senior management positions in multinational environments. For several years Eelco defined and implemented organizational processes with Nu Skin Enterprises, General Electric and ABN Amro Bank. His unique knowledge and experience as process expert leveraged PeopleXS as a most flexible workflow based on-line application that serves thousands of candidates and users every day. Eelco heads the consulting & operations practice, ensuring highly successful use of the PeopleXS on-line recruitment and sales solutions.
Eelco obtained his Bachelors degree in Business & Economics from The Hague University and earned his M.B.A. at Webster University.
