_ Release 2.24
New progress reports, user management, extended time-out of user sessions and more
Important note: a number of the announced changes have already been made available before the release date due to urgent requirements with one of our customers.
Progress reports
Two new reports have been made available enabling you to track progress and status of the recruitment process. It is possible to run the reports on a selection of customer(s), department(s) and/or projects.

The above report gives you an overview of the status of all applicants in the database (depending on your selection). By clicking on the "+" symbol the status unfolds and a list of all applicants in a particular status appears. From there you can drill-down to the applicant file to view or update.
The second report is a progress report which lists the progress of the recruitment process versus the planned recruitment effort. Again, this can be done on a selection of customer(s), department(s) and/or projects.

This report quickly shows you if your recruitment process is still on track. Also here you can drill-down directly to the underlying applications and candidates.
User management
You will now be able to control the available user accounts and their priviliges. It is possible to (temporarily) block a user account or to distribute new passwords by e-mail for users that have forgotten their password.

Notice the license box in the right area of the above screen print: here you will see how many licenses you have in use versus the licenses you have acquired. This will help you to be in line with the license agreement or determine when the agreement should be updated.
Time-out of user sessions
The time for a user session to be "idle" without that you are automatically logged out has been extended from 30 minutes to one hour.
Introduction of projects
You can now group information in projects. At this stage it is only possible to link a project to departements. Future releases will extend this possibility also to customers, candidates, sources, etc. This will enable you to have a consistent "view" on a specific subset of the database.
Other small changes
Next to these changes a number of functionalities have been slightly changed (mainly to support the above reports):
- The organisational information on the portal form that is entered by candidates is now saved directly in the available org.diagrams.
- When adding a vacancy, a mandatory start date is now required, this will allow the progress report to calculate the "to date" progress.
- Departments can now be accessed from the vacancy screen.
- In the worklow it should now be explicitly stated which status should be seen as hired and which as rejected. The correct value in your installation has been set by the PeopleXS helpdesk. Also this option is needed to let the above reports work properly.
- When adding a new candidate either by manual input of by mail, it is already in this early stage made possible to couple the candidate with a customer.
