Pooling & e-Forms
With "pools" you can organise your applicants in different groups. After setup of the pools you have identified you can use the workflow settings to define when applicants should be moved to a specific pool. The advantage of pools is that you can run seperate reports per pool and that you can select a specific pool when mathing vacancies.
Although the pool to which an applicant belongs is always set through the workflow the recruiter can always manually overrun the pool position.
The PeopleXS e-Forms are a well-know function of PeopleXS. Until now you always needed the help of the PeopleXS helpdesk to implement your e-Forms. From release 2.34 it will be possible to define your own e-Forms. They can be setup as a custom form, whereafter you can attach them to the appropiate status in the workflow.
