Direct mailing
You can email contacts, leads, and users in your organization directly from candidate (search), vacancy (match) , contact and lead pages. Using mass email , you can email a list of contacts or leads for small-scale sales or support mailings. This functionality is intended to facilitate your business processes, not replace your existing email application or handle mass marketing campaigns. Users can send up to 100 emails at a time, with an organization limit of 1000 emails per day. When you send an email, you can choose a predefined template for the message. For instance, your organization may want to use a standard template to communicate new vacancies to matching candidates. Your administrator maintains organization-wide templates, and you can maintain your own personal templates.
The HTML email message is sent in the latest ".eml" format, ensuring that the receiver sees the email as you intended it, and graphics are not blocked by the latest mailclients, like Outlook.
Attachments in mass emails are sent as links rather than as physical files. When recipients click the attachment link in the email, the attachment opens in a separate web browser, and they can download the file. Mass email attachments are stored for 30 days. Email templates offer the use of macro's to include fields from the database, like name and address to the email.
