The Appointment planner helps planning appointments by providing a graphical overview of the calendars of all attendee's:
The Appointment planner also makes it easy to get an overview of your own calendar with graphical overviews by month and by day.
For administrators:
With Custom screens you can customize the fields available for persons (candidates, contacts, etc). You can add fields, hide fields, set mandatory fields, etc. thereby creating your own customized view on a person.
With Cloning you can share personal information, like addresses and phone numbers between persons of different types. When a person is registrated as a candidate and a contact in your system any update on either one of them will reflect in both.
