People^xs was founded by Leo Scheltinga, Frank Oddens en Eelco Scheltinga. Driven by a passion for recruitment and people development, they created a talent acquisition system in 1999. The incentive to improve and expand led to a global platform that now hosts thousands of users every day, delivering not only on-demand recruitment and education solutions, but also innovations in the hr space of mobility & outplacement and talent management. Today, People^xs is one of the fastest-growing european hr solution innovators, with operations in Copenhagen (DK), Zurich (CH), New York (US) and the Hague-Rijswijk (NL) and customers in 53 countries.

frank oddens, ceo
Frank was previously employed at Oracle, starting as the first sales executive responsible for Oracle human resources applications in the Netherlands. He closed numerous hrm  and financial-ERP projects in multiple industries. Prior to People^xs, he had three leading positions within multinational firms. Next to his directorship at People^xs, Frank is an adjunct faculty member at Webster University in Leiden and is extensively involved in voluntary activities in the community. Frank obtained his Bachelor’s degree in economics from the Amsterdam school of Business. He completed his MBA at Webster University and rounded his entrepreneurial knowledge at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. He and his wife Tjarda live in The Hague, Netherlands. They are the parents of three children.

Prior to starting People^xs, Eelco held various senior management positions in multinational environments. For several years Eelco defined and implemented organizational processes with General Electric and ABN Amro bank. He contributed his unique knowledge and experience as process expert to People^xs becoming a most flexible workflow based application that serves thousands of candidates and companies daily. Eelco not only heads finance but is passionate about and ensuring highly successful use of the People^xs on-line recruitment and sales solutions. Eelco obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Hague University and earned his MBA at Webster University. He and his wife Jo-Ann live in the Hague, Netherlands. They are the parents of four children.

Leo initiated and developed the first application prototype (1999) leading to the current People^xs talent management platform available to many worldwide customers. With Leo’s guiding vision People^xs grew to be a robust and scalable HR platform with a disruptive angle. Since the start of People^xs Leo has brought a wealth of applied knowledge in the field of corporate recruitment and talent management. As a leading consultant for over 12 years at Logica, Leo gained extensive experience in talent management as recruiter and talent manager. Leo has been responsible for large and comprehensive implementation projects across europe in the space of telecom en government. Leo holds a Bachelors degree in computer science from the Hague University. Leo and his wife Merete live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Peter is in the management team of People^xs. Prior to People^xs Peter worked at Nieuwland as consultant in the education industry. At Logica he was hired to be information analyst, business consultant and project manager for Swisscom, KPN, T-Mobile, Debitel and Sanoma publishers. Peter has a passion for chess and plays several tournaments every year. He earned a Master of Science degree in information technology at the University of Amsterdam and did post graduate work at the University of Iowa. Other favorite interest Peter has are psychology and philosophy. Peter and his girlfriend Maaike live close to Amsterdam and are parents of one son.

david van der put, country manager denmark
David manages the day to operation in the Copenhagen office and oversees all of scandinavian activities. prior to People^xs, David was it manager at Canon Europe and business consultant at the reliability management group. David is a Dutch national and is fluent in Danish. David studied information technology at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. David and his wife lives in Copenhagen and are parents of two children.

stefan langedijk, country manager switzerland
Stefan heads the Swiss office, and additionally oversees Germany and Austria. Prior to starting People^xs in Switzerland Stefan managed a large number of international ict projects implementing ERP, enterprise application integration and CRM systems in various european countries. The management took place in Switzerland, mostly at Swiss Mobile. The last year prior to joining People^xs, Stefan was chief of staff with UBS at the HR-IT department. Stefan obtained his Master of Science degree in applied physics from Technical University Twente and received his EMBA from PHW in Zürich. Stefan is married and lives in Zürich.

Elliott leads Peoplexs in North America. He has 20 years experience in Corporate Talent Management roles with large multinational companies eg. Pfizer, AkzoNobel, Novartis, Fujitsu, Siemens and Compaq and has lived in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. He has helped create Human Capital Management processes and understands the issues that business and HR leaders face in finding and integrating the right HCM system to drive their business model. Elliott’s team has capability in Learning and Development – teaching managers and HR how to identify and develop the talent they need to drive business success. He is based in the New York City area.
