Improved 'user experience' for applicants through Flash-integration with ColdFusion
Peoplexs recruitment software is now available on the ColdFusion MX platform of Macromedia. Through ColdFusion the peoplexs recruitment software can be integrated with Flash. This allows for rich applications that improve user experience. The integration takes place on server level which means that Flash can be used to setup a personalized dialog with the visitor. Other applications using Flash do not have this possibility.
Flash includes interactive streaming video, animation, audio, vector and bitmap graphics to create high-impact user interfaces, company tours, vacancy advertising and assessment applications. It is deployed consistently to over 436 million Internet users across all major platforms and devices. The ColdFusion platform allows peoplexs to develop personalized applications that use Flash to interact with the applicants. Applicants will find those applications more intuitive and compelling to work with, thereby enhancing your company image and strengthen your recruitment effort.
The ColdFusion platform is independent and can run on any Java or Windows environment with any database.
