More and more PeopleXS customers require an interface to assessment tools. This was the reason for PeopleXS and PiCompany to join forces and realize an integration. PiCompany delivers Assessment Center techniques and implements them, making managers more effective. The 360 degree feedback instrument Reflector was the first product brought to market by PiCompany. With this product and those that were developed after that, PiCompany became leading in the Netherlands.
