_New Customer in Executive Search: DPSC
DPSC Executive Search in Zaltbommel has recently closed an Agreement with PeopleXS. DPSC is the largest organisation in Europe which recruits professionals and managers in the ICT sector and has fulfilled more than 5000 jobs. DPSC Executive Search will further improve its process of recruitment. Both customer and candidate will benefit from this. For years DPSC used a custom made tool as its sole recruitment system to match candidates with the right jobs.
“Through time, this application, which had all candidate data stored, became a legacy system that was not able to respond to today’s rapid deployment of technology. Adjusting the legacy system throughout time simply would be to big of an investment. In PeopleXS we have found the right solution for our organisation. An application that has been customized to our organisation and at the same time fits the process of recruitment as in place with our customers”, said DPSC’s managing director Sjoerd Kuijlaars.
The entire recruitment process was analyzed and PeopleXS came with the advice on how this should be set up within the application. Workflow has been set up in a way that fits the requirements to simply use standard correspondence templates and webforms.
For PeopleXS this cooperation means continuing step into the market for Executive search and a further specialization in that field. DPSC and PeopleXS have realized the implementation in 8 days and a total run through time of 4 months. The standard application was fully customized to the needs of DPSC within the standard of PeopleXS (so without additional development) and candidate records were migrated from the old system.
