_PeopleXS and Delta Lloyd Group come to an agreement
Delta Lloyd Group, a full financial service provider that offers insurance, asset management and banking services is active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Integrity and sound entrepreneurship, founded first and foremost on financial solidity, underlie the trust that that they receive from their customers. A trust that starts with the selection of good personnel for each position that is available within the organization. The Group employs a workforce of over 6.400 employees. With such a volume of employees and need to recruit for more, Delta Lloyd was looking to design a streamlined and efficient process to quickly hire and assign new staff. Delta Lloyd Group created a centralized recruiting platform that supports both recruiters and local management with both PeopleXS Professional Edition and its PortalXS product to best support its staffing needs. With PeopleXS, Delta Lloyd Group can:
- Easily search and screen for candidates by skill sets, interests and availability for current customer jobs or other lines of business within Delta Lloyd, allowing them to quickly provide managers with quality workers.
- Configure a repeatable process across the organization that ensures consistent staffing practices, all with the ability to make adjustments to the staffing process at any time to meet evolving business requirements.
- Have access to a greater number of quality candidates and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for the future, allowing them to better meet strategic business goals.
PeopleXS and Delta Lloyd have closed an Agreement for using the PeopleXS online recruitment application for Delta Lloyd’s companies such as OHRA, Delta Lloyd Insurances, ABN Amro Insurances, Delta Lloyd Asset Management and Delta Lloyd Bank.
