New due date search option on tasklist
We added a new search option for due dates on the task list. The list with tasks can grow very long. And sometimes you just want to see what tasks are due today, tomorrow, this week, next week, etc. We have gathered all of these options in a picklist you can choose at the top of the screen:

Just choose one of the options and the dates are filled automatically. You can still change the dates if you like to tune the list further. Or just choose another option.
Your last used search option is saved. When you return to the task list screen the next day or another day the search is automatically refreshed. That way you can always have it set to your preferred view of the task list.
Due date calculation
We added a new option for the automatic due date calculation of tasks. When a user doesn't enter a value for a due date of a task, a standard due date is calculated depending on the setup of the workflow. For each status or location you can set a number of days to use for this calculation.
It is now possible in the setup to mark for an entire workflow if the calculation should only include working days, or if it should also include weekends:

The default option is a calculation including weekends.
Tooltips
With tooltips you can add help text to custom forms, templates and workflows. The tooltips show when the user moves the mouse over the tooltip area. The next example shows how this works for a custom form. We added a tooltip text "The name of the institution where you completed your latest education" to the "institution" field on a form. When the applicant moves the mouse to that field or wants to enter information, the tooltip appears:

The tooltip automatically disappears after a couple of seconds. You can enter tooltips with all the fields you would like to use on the form in setup. Go to Setup - candidates - custom forms - add field, or edit a field.
Next to custom forms, tooltips are also available in the app itself with templates and workflows. An example is when you have to decide which status you would like to choose next. Inside the app it is possible to have all the relevant tooltips in a separate browser window as "sticky" notes. The presence of this "sticky" notes option is indicated by a small orange "?" icon next to the item. This is an example of this option on the task update screen:

When you click on the "?" icon a new browser window opens and you will see all the relevant tooltips appear as "sticky" notes:

The advantage of opening in a new browser window is that you can keep it open and ready for reference while you are working in peoplexs:

Tooltips are available in setup with:
- Fields on custom forms (also e-forms!)
- Templates
- Workflows
- Workflow status'
- Workflow locations
Change ownership
An option is added enabling you to easy change ownership on tasks, candidates, vacancies, etc. When a HR employee would leave your organisation or moves to another team or division in the organisation you can move all their tasks, candidates to a new owner. Either the new employee or an employee that will take over the tasks of the leaving employee.
The new option is available at the central task list and with all the list overviews. At the central tasklist the option is first visible when you have applied a filter option.
When you chose the new option "move to owner" you can chose to which new owner you would like to move the data:

Depending on the amount of data that has to be moved there can go several minutes before the move is completed. You can use standard peoplexs filters to make an exact list of which data you want to move.
Link back to vacancy after candidate task update
One more for the november release. With thanks to @chusersg. Read the original idea on the (english) community, Navigation.
This is again one of my favorites. Like Don't archive vacancy on expiration it again is a simple change that can save you a lot of time.
This is what you see now when looking at the task list of a candidate:

And this is what changed, note the links directly to the involved account (peoplexs) and vacancy (junior web developer):

Why is this smart? When dealing with a vacancy where you have a lot of candidates, you probably move over from candidate to candidate to do a (task) update. This simple link allows you to return to the vacancy with the list of applications without creating a shortcut or going back and forth through the menu. In the end, you now save a lot of time clicking on links and menus.
You have to try this one it out yourself on our Labs server.
