				<title>Manager Notification: Add link to MGR Portal</title>
				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/9/2/Manager-Notification-Add-link-to-MGR-Portal</link>
				<description>

				When update a taks from Screening HR to Screening MGR, you have the option to notify the next location by mail. It would be great if the link to the manager portal could be added to this notification. This would make it a lot easier for the manager to access the portal without searching his favorites.

				<title>New Option on &quot;process&quot;</title>
				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/9/1/New-Option-on-process</link>
				<description>

				Hi
When I search candidates for a new vacancy, and I then look at the results, so the screen is new. When I click on &quot;process&quot;, I have three options, like &quot;send E-mail&quot;, &quot;create task&quot; etc.. It would be very helpful if the option &quot;Remove from search&quot; or something like that would exist. In the old version it was so that one of the candidates that you could not use, could remove from the search. I know that you can add the same for each candidate an application, but that would be too much, because we have many vacancies. And our approach is that we ask the potential candidate first time binding, but not all, selected by the system. That is why I need this additional option. What do you think of this?
Thanks and regards,
Fabienne

				<title>Distinction between externally and internally published vacancies</title>
				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/8/16/Distinction-between-externally-and-internally-published-vacancies</link>
				<description>

				Currently, if you take a report of all currently published vacancies, you are not able to separate between internally and externally published vacancies. It would be really beneficial though if you could see how many are published externally or internally only.
Therefore, I suggest that the set up of the reporting will be changed and that this distinction will be possible.

				<title>Ability to backdate status of tasks</title>
				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/7/15/Ability-to-backdate-status-of-tasks</link>
				<description>

				Currently if you change the status of a task in the workflow, the user is obliged to follow only the upcoming steps. For example if you choose step 5 out of the status list, then you are obliged to follow any step after 5. However sometimes past actions can be processed more than once in one workflow. Therefore I would like to advise to keep the complete status list available at all times, without any commitments to only the upcoming steps.

				<title>Link open applications to closed vacancies</title>
				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/7/14/Link-open-applications-to-closed-vacancies</link>
				<description>

				When receiving an open application that could be interesting for a possible vacancy, I usually match the candidate&apos;s profile to an exsisting or old vacancy in order to be able to find matching candidates also under the &apos;vacancy criteria.&apos;
However currently there is no option to match a CV to archived vacancies that could be opened again in the future. I would like to suggest to add the &apos;vacancy archive&apos; option in the vacancy list when matching an applicant to a (new)application.

				To immediately get an overview from which sources our applicants come from, I would suggest that this information comes together with the notification mail, ie. Jobzonen, Jobindex etc.

				<title>Placement Screen - Invoicing pdf (work-flow)</title>
				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/5/30/Placement-Screen--Invoicing-pdf-workflow</link>
				<description>

				Within some of the best recruitment software I have previously used there has always been a Placement Screen that is completed at the end of each hiring process. The screen (or section) allows you to add: confirmed salary, placement fee, agency fee or placement fee (i.e. 20% - or contract rate), start date, any special conditions agreed, po number, invoice ref number, accounts payable contact - basically everything you need to raise an invoice and log placement details. Currently all this needs to be written in text form. From here it would be useful to be able to raise an invoice immediately as pdf for agencies or track placement details easily for end-user companies.

				We would like the oppotunity for lightusers to view a vacancy example before sending the draft to full-users.

Exactly like the oppotunity that full-users have on a vacancy - Portal tab.

				<link>http://www.peoplexs.com/communities/en/ideas/index.cfm/2010/4/6/Separation-of-tasks-of-vacancies-and-application</link>
				<description>

				Currently the list of open tasks for both the vacancies and applications are listed in one list. It would be more organized if these two subjects are separeted from eachother in two different task lists. Thus a task list for the running applications and a task list for the proceeding of the open vacancies. These could be seperated in two different pages if possible or under two different tabs.

				It would be great if the user could create folders or tags to classify the processed incomin email. For those who are receiving daily mails (i.e. Monster CV Search Agents) it would be very usefull to process the email and &quot;send&quot; it to a folder called &quot;CV Monster&quot; ot add a tag with the same name, so the received mail could be well organized.
