Reading mails window

I would like to make a suggestion regarding the window that comes when you click a mail on your Inbox. I think it would be very usefull to add some buttons, the usability would increase exponentially!

I would add the following buttons beside the "delete" button:

- Processed - Unread - Next mail (to read the following mail) - Previous mail (to read the previous mail)

With those buttons we would avoid going back and forward all the time when you have many mails to read.

New Option on "process"

Hi When I search candidates for a new vacancy, and I then look at the results, so the screen is new. When I click on "process", I have three options, like "send E-mail", "create task" etc.. It would be very helpful if the option "Remove from search" or something like that would exist. In the old version it was so that one of the candidates that you could not use, could remove from the search. I know that you can add the same for each candidate an application, but that would be too much, because we have many vacancies. And our approach is that we ask the potential candidate first time binding, but not all, selected by the system. That is why I need this additional option. What do you think of this? Link open applications to closed vacancies

When receiving an open application that could be interesting for a possible vacancy, I usually match the candidate's profile to an exsisting or old vacancy in order to be able to find matching candidates also under the 'vacancy criteria.' However currently there is no option to match a CV to archived vacancies that could be opened again in the future. I would like to suggest to add the 'vacancy archive' option in the vacancy list when matching an applicant to a (new)application.

Separation of tasks of vacancies and application

Currently the list of open tasks for both the vacancies and applications are listed in one list. It would be more organized if these two subjects are separeted from eachother in two different task lists. Thus a task list for the running applications and a task list for the proceeding of the open vacancies. These could be seperated in two different pages if possible or under two different tabs.

Merge of duplicate entries in one step

If you have more than one duplicate entry of one candidate, then it would be easier to select the duplicate names that you wish to merge at the same time and then select merge only once. Instead of merging each duplicate entry of one similar candidate seperately. That would save a lot of time if you have a large duplicate entry of one candidate.

Hide Tabs and Object.

The current problem is that there are too many (some unused) tabs and there is too much information on the screen. We would like to limit this information in order that the recruiter can focus on the most important information. For example for the accounts we would like to hide the tabs like contacts, documents, vacancy etc, This information is all available on the overview tab and can be changed directly from the overview tab. For the candidate tabs we would like to remove advertisements which is not currently in use. Also it should be possibility to hide main objects like Leads from the main view.
