Columns in dashboard

Just as in the portals, I would like the dashboard to be more flexible. When I see a vacancy's candidates I have the columns 'name', 'score', 'flag' and 'status'. We already managed to add residence, but I would (for starters) like to add a link to the CV. This seems to be an option, but doesn't work.

Time and location in invitations

I am not too happy with the way I have to fill information in invitations. I used to work with Connexys and there I could create dates and times and later asign them to each candidate/letter. In PXS I have to fill in everything for each and every letter, including the location which is the same for all candidates anyway (but not the same for every vacancy) which costs a lot more time. Can we find a way to have a location, date, committee per vacancy so that the information that is the same for all letters has to be filled in but once?

Candidate search - mouseover

We suggest a mouseover function when searching for the candidates. When you have a large number of candidates, it would be easier if a box with the basic information turns up. It takes a lot of time to click on every single candidate, therefore a mouseover would be nice. The mouseover could contain the information from the tab "oversigt" or it could be defined for every job position.

Mails are queued for sending

Some of our lightbrugers have misunderstood the text "Mails are queued for sending. There is a maximum of 100 mails" when they are communicating with many candidates at the same time. They think that the mails are not being sent, and therefore send again. I would suggest that we write something like this instead:

Your mails are now put in a que and will thereafter be sent automatically.

I also suggest that the sentence about the maximum is changed into something like: In case you are sending many mails at the same time, you should divide your mails as the system cannot handle more than 100 mails at a time. This information could come already before you click on the sent button.

improve matching

-Randstad would like to have the possibility to define the weighting of a skill per Vacancy. So we should be able to select a skill like Language German and define that for this vacancy the weight is 10 -Only display the skills which have been selected for a vacancy on the candidate application form. Skills which have not been selected for this vacancy should not be displayed. (On the application form, we should have the option to overrule this, and always display certain skills)

Searching canidates

The process of searching for new candidates is currently too difficult and therefore not used to its full extend within Randstad Switzerland. All the technical parts for the search are actually available but for a user it is too complicated, too time consuming to build up a good search. -The screen for searching of applicants from the application tab, should be exactly the same as the application tab. Clicking the detailed search button, should simply fold open an extra search part within the application tab -Building up the Search string is too complicated at the moment and should be made very simple -it should be possible to also full-text search within the applications of the particular vacancy

Light users not able to see picture of candidates

Light users are not able to see a picture of the candidate, even though the candidate has attached a picture. We would like this to work for light users. /Dansk Supermarked

Placement Screen - Invoicing pdf (work-flow)

Within some of the best recruitment software I have previously used there has always been a Placement Screen that is completed at the end of each hiring process. The screen (or section) allows you to add: confirmed salary, placement fee, agency fee or placement fee (i.e. 20% - or contract rate), start date, any special conditions agreed, po number, invoice ref number, accounts payable contact - basically everything you need to raise an invoice and log placement details. Currently all this needs to be written in text form. From here it would be useful to be able to raise an invoice immediately as pdf for agencies or track placement details easily for end-user companies.

It would be great if the system couldt send a sms to remind the candidate about the interview appointment - ex. 8 hours before the meeting time...

Spell checker (multilanguage)

It would be nice to have an in-the-system spell checker multilanguage to check before send emails.
