Remove rejected applicants from manager portal

it would be helpfull if definitely rejected candidates (so the workflow is finished) would be automatically removed from the manager portal. Otherwise the manager overview of some long-term vacancies get realy confusing.

dynamic match skills on candidate application form

The following proposal is to improve the matching of candidates.

If a match-skill is not selected for a vacancy, this match skill should not be displayed on the candidate application form. For example for a production vacancy, we would like to only dispay the skills needed for production. If one entry from the language skill is selected, the languages should appear on the application form.

We would also like to set the weight of a skill per vacancy: For example we can define a weight of 10 for languages for the vacancy translator and we can define the weight is 5 for other vacancies. (if the weight is zero, the skill languages should not be displayed on the application form)

No column headers when no vacancies

On the vacancy portal we use a few column titles (vacancy title, date, etc.), but when there are no vacancies these titles are still there, above the "sorry, we have no vacancies" text. Can't these titles not be only displayed when there are actually vacancies to be displayed?

Assessing with more people

I have vacancies where more than one (upto 4) managers all use the assessment screen of the managers portal. They would like to see each others scores.

Can the portals be more flexible? I have (for example) a manager who would like links to the CVs in the overview of candidates (this is an option in settings, but doesn't work), others don't like the two lists (one with and one without the status updates). Please more settings for the portals, just as on the vacancy portals.

Star rating for managers

One of managers requested for more variety in scoring than just 'yes', 'no' and 'maybe', more like a five-star system like on this ideas forum. This would be for the managers and recruiters portal.

View vacacy example from managersportal

Hits and Visitiors in Manager Portal

It would be very useful if we had the hits and visitors graphs from the portal tab also in the manager portal. So, line manager would have an overview on how many people had a look at their vaccany and can better judge the volume of the applications.

Postpone start date when publishing a vacancy

We would like to be able to add and publish a vacancy with a later start date. As it is now, when publishing a vacancy you cannot postpone the start date as it is published immediately after clicking on publish.
