Do you mean candidate's e-mail addresses? If so.. then it already does. When you receive an e-mail from an existing candidate in the system with the same e-mail address, the name of the candidate will appear on top of the right side of your window. There you can tick the box to save the e-mail under the related documents fo the candidate. Hope that helps. Regards, Riem
