-Randstad would like to have the possibility to define the weighting of a skill per Vacancy. So we should be able to select a skill like Language German and define that for this vacancy the weight is 10 -Only display the skills which have been selected for a vacancy on the candidate application form. Skills which have not been selected for this vacancy should not be displayed. (On the application form, we should have the option to overrule this, and always display certain skills)

Hi Daniel,

Your idea seems very similar to "dynamic match skills on candidate application form". Can we consider it as a similar wish or is this idea different?
