Time and location in invitations

I am not too happy with the way I have to fill information in invitations. I used to work with Connexys and there I could create dates and times and later asign them to each candidate/letter. In PXS I have to fill in everything for each and every letter, including the location which is the same for all candidates anyway (but not the same for every vacancy) which costs a lot more time. Can we find a way to have a location, date, committee per vacancy so that the information that is the same for all letters has to be filled in but once?

Hi RoyVRBZO,

Macros are meant for filling in data fields automatically. As part of the May release macros are created automatically for custom fields. So whenever you add a custom field to the system, and also fill in the values for those fields, you would be able to have the macro fill in the correct values on your invitations automatically.

I hope this helps you in saving time on the invitations.
