Columns in dashboard

Just as in the portals, I would like the dashboard to be more flexible. When I see a vacancy's candidates I have the columns 'name', 'score', 'flag' and 'status'. We already managed to add residence, but I would (for starters) like to add a link to the CV. This seems to be an option, but doesn't work.

Hi RoyVRBZO,
We use reports functionality to create the dashboard. So when we add the CV in the dashboard, it would also appear in the report. We think that a link to the CV should be visible in the dashboard, but not in the report.
We would like to see interest from other customers as well on this.
