Merge of duplicate entries in one step
If you have more than one duplicate entry of one candidate, then it would be easier to select the duplicate names that you wish to merge at the same time and then select merge only once. Instead of merging each duplicate entry of one similar candidate seperately. That would save a lot of time if you have a large duplicate entry of one candidate.
Comments
We don't think that merging in one step is actually possible or making it easier, because you still need to see and confirm the differences between the candidates to be merged as a recruiter.
We will implement 1 and 2 out of the latest comment.

When a candidate for some reason has send multiple applications you are made aware of this by the duplicate alert message, the first time you open this candidate. So next to the above idea of merging multiple candidates at once, additionaly we could also impove the alert:
1. the alert should show source and date/time stamp so you can see right away that it concerns multiple sequential applications.
2. the alert should have a link to the merge option directly, so you dont have go through "find duplicates" first.
