Regarding preventing double candidate-records; it would be great if PeopleXS would recognise a candidate when applying for a vacancy and then merge the records automatically. Preferable end situation; current field values are saved, old ones are overwritten. Historical status information is always visible. Purpose: process improvement.

What would you see as unique to a candidate that identifies him. Name? Address? Mail?
