Postpone start date when publishing a vacancy
We would like to be able to add and publish a vacancy with a later start date. As it is now, when publishing a vacancy you cannot postpone the start date as it is published immediately after clicking on publish.

I would prefer it should remain "unpublished" for reporting until it is published based on the start date.

How should such a vacancy appear in reports? Should it be visible as published, or unpublished? I would guess published, but then you would have to add selection criteria on a "available from date" if you would like to exclude them from a report (or include).
