Optimise Task updates
The process of updating a single task can be optimised. Currently there are still too many steps needed for a single task update

How about...
-Dont need to check tickbox for task completed - unnnecessary additional click and requires reloading to then see workflow dropdown - both of these waste time espescially in areas where internet speed may be low
- Allow logic on email templates for different workflow steps
- Dont need end of workflow tickbox - additional work and leaves too much room for error if missed by recruiter
- subject of a task update not required?
