We would like to see more and better options relating to e-mail. I.e. things as:

  • Spelling check
  • Bcc
  • Bigger content field
  • Distinct quoted messages more, by adding a line or coloring.

I am sure a lot of people will have some good idea's about how to improve the E-mail box in PeopleXS.

Definitely BCC, but also the possibility to attach email2 to a message

In stead of a bigger content field you could also consider being able to introduce a "full screen" option, that blows the mail content field up as big as possible. You can already do that when viewing an email, the same should be possible when composing a new mail message.

Distinct qoutes messages like with a line I personally find disturbing as you will find many lines on long threads. Instead of overview they make it more difficult to follow the conversation. The same with coloring, as respondents sometimes use coloring to make comments inside existing mail text which will then be overwritten if we would add coloring to the mail.

One other thing that would be great is a better option for attachments.
Attach for mass email(mentioned elsewhere)
better options for autoattachments to emails, so you dont have do attach everytime you send one.
