Candidate search improvement:
Currently the „advanced search"-function within PeopleXS is quite complex and not very intuitive. To do a search every field needs to be selected field by field and there are too many fields in the list to select. The search function should be easier and more efficient. For example as described below: - The search screen should be adapted to the candidate detail screen (same screen as you have when you click on the candidate detail tab but the fields are empty) Search criteria can directly be put in the empty fields. Much easier than pick the right fields out of a long list. - In the setup it should be possible to hide some fields from the search screen. Customer can decide on which fields it should be possible to search on (same possibility as you can hide fields from add or edit screen)
- Possibility to search from the application tab of a vacancy. Select "search within applicants for this vacancy".
- Fulltext search should highlight the searchstrings in the CV. (not just show number of CV but highlight the searched words within the CV ? like google)

We are taking on a number of improvements in the upcoming release. These are:
- Scroll though candidates in search results
- Back to search result link on all screens of candidates
- Remove fields not used in setup form field picklist
But we leave this idea open, and can revisit if more is needed.

Yesterday, one of my colleagues asked for all the candidates that we had given the status "interesting" on on old specific recruitment. It would have been lovely if I could have done a search on that, so I didn't manualley have to go through all 60 candidates.
