New PeopleXS Interactive Web Services Manual
A new interactive user guide has been developed to support the PeopleXS Web Services. The guide allows users to view details of all the web service methods including: descriptions, parameters, return types and more.
It is also possible for users to test the methods within the interactive user guide; simply input the relevant parameters, press the 'submit' button and view the results of the call.
The 'login' method available under the 'Show LoginXS' button should always be used first to generate a session key.
For those who prefer a printed user guide; simply select the 'Generate PDF' button in the menu.
To access the user guide, login to your PeopleXS environment. Go to 'Setup' --> 'Integration' --> 'PeopleXS Api'
If you have external developers working on your behalf, you can set them up as a user in your environment with a role of 'Developer'. This will enable them to use the interactive user guide only.
