Announcement maintenance November 29th 2012
Coming thursday night (November 29th 2012) additional maintenance will be performed on the network components of our data center. This will be done between 01:00 and 07:00 CET, and could lead to a few occurrences of short downtime of Peoplexs.

Announcement maintenance October 3th 2012
Dear customer,
On October 3rd, 2012 we will perform maintenance to the Peoplexs platform. This will be performed between 21:00 and 22:00 CET.
The maintenance will consist of a loadbalancer fail-over test.
We do not expect any downtime, but it is possible that short hickups might occur during this timeframe.

Announcement September release
Coming weekend, 29/30 september, the September release of Peoplexs will go live. The following changes and new functionalities will go live:
- Changes concerning publishing vacancies from Peoplexs and manager portal
- Using Peoplexs without the accounts structure
- Several improvements and extensions to the Peoplexs Broadbean interface
- Closed applications don't show up on the managerportal by default
- Storing reminder e-mails in Peoplexs
- Set user accounts for external systems
- Several bug fixes and smaller improvements

Maintenance announcement
This weekend we will perform an upgrade to our data center. The upgrade will be performed during our service window in the night of Saturday to Sunday. We expect a maximum of 1 hour downtime to occur between 00:00 and 01:00 on Sunday morning.

Announcement URGENT maintenance July 17th 2012 00:00 h
Tonight, July 17th, our network supplier has to execute some urgent maintenance to the network that supports Peoplexs.
Yesterday evening a problem occured between two switches in our network. Because of this problem the switches cannot synchronise anymore. The switches involved are 100% redundant and backup switches took over as expected without any noticable downtime. The above mentioned maintenance will be performed this evening at 00:00 h and will not take longer then 15 minutes.

This last weekend the june 2012 release has gone live. The following changes and new functionalities have gone live:

- Clooks video interviewing integration
- Several improvements to review committee functionality
- Textkernel parsing improvement

Scheduled maintenance june 12, 2012

Tonight we will add additional application instances to our production servers to further increase performance and stability of our platform. This maintenance will be performed tonight after 10PM and could lead to downtime of Peoplexs of up to 20 minutes.
