Use PeopleXS for internal-external mobility
The last few months the focus has shifted from recruitment to mobility. Companies are facing major changes with workforce reduction as a result of the resession.
Did you know PeopleXS can also be used for Mobility? Companies can increase the visibility of this group of employees and forward them to other internal vacancies. The mobility process can be integrated with portals which recruitment agencies can use, and thus offer jobs. The company may also choose to pass the employee profile through the portal if it is desired that a recruitment agency should take over the entire process. The employee will, via a link in an email or a portal login, be able to create a profile and indicate what positions are of interest.
Like all PeopleXS functionality, mobility can be custom made to adapt to your needs.
