As the only provider of recruitment-software, Peoplexs received a place in the top 50 of the fastest growing technology-companies. The election, organized by Deloitte, looks at organizations that made a rapid growth over the last 5 years. For Peoplexs, the foundation of this growth is the passion for HR and recruitment and the willingness to contribute to the development of this field. This is made possible by working closely with our partners and customers.
An important element for the nomination is the attention for research and development. Peoplexs pays full attention to development and trends on the field of HR and recruitment and listens carefully to customers and users. The community plays an important role in this respect. As a user of Peoplexs you can share knowledge and experiences with other professionals and contribute ideas for our products. This makes it possible to adapt our products even better to the wishes and needs of the users. By unburdening the administrative load, recruiters are able to focus on what really matters: the people in their organization. With innovative technology we are able to focus on their development and joy in their work.
On Thursday the 13th of October, during a gala the three fastest growing organizations are announced. Peoplexs wishes the fellow nominees all the best in the final ranking.
The summer months have just passed and Peoplexs has not been idle during that time. The development of the application is in full swing and thanks to new partnerships, we can add additional tools including on-demand video-interviews. There are also a number of new organizations that became customer of Peoplexs, including Coolcat, Swarovski and Brilmij. The Peoplexs community, where HR professionals are able to find each other, is expanding.
Coolcat and Swarovski are well-known names. In the Netherlands Brilmij is known for the opticians Pearl and Eye Wish Groeneveld. Also Damen Naval Schelde Shipbuilding, Benefit and Luba Group have chosen for Peoplexs. All organizations are empowered with a lot of experience in the field of recruitment. This will be very useful in further development of the application.
The implementation of Peoplexs will be realized quickly so the companies can start using Peoplexs. From Peoplexs, we would like to welcome these companies.
Internet makes communicating more practical but also impersonal. On a daily basis you receive lots of new candidates with original and interesting application-letters and CV's. You want to know who these people are and you would like to see them in person. Unfortunately there is not enough time to invite everyone for a personal conversation.
At the end of September and in cooperation with Clooks, Peoplexs offers the possibility to add video-interviews to the application-procedure. It is not even required to be present during these sessions. Via email you can invite the candidates for a video-interview in which a number of predefined audio and/or video questions are presented. The process can be recorded via webcam anytime. When the video is done you will receive a message via email that the interview has been completed and is added to the candidate-profile. You can watch it anytime it suits you.
The video-interview provides the ability for a better assessment of the candidate on a fit with your company. Therefore you are able to invite candidates more targeted for a job-interview. The quality of the candidates will be higher and you are able to find the right talent.

Peoplexs is one of the leading companies for recruitment software on the Danish market. With an expanding business we want to offer a high-quality service to our existing customers and offer the best of our application to fulfil the needs of our new customers. Therefore we are proud to announce that our Danish team will be extended with three new colleagues including four time world champion modern panthatlon Eva Fjellerup.
Eva will start per direct in her new role as managing consultant and will be changing role on the 1st of March to become our new country manager. Until then Eelco Scheltinga will remain in place as Managing Director Nordic. You may know Eva as the four time world champion modern panthatlon in 1990, 1991, 1993 and 1994. She also won a large number of Danish and Nordic Championships, and last but not least she also joint the Olympics in Atlanta in 1996. After her outstanding sports-career she focussed on a professional career in the area of HR, including jobs as a business development manager and organisations consultant.
You could also hear her on the Danish radio as presenter in B&U Sport. The last few years Eva has worked as an independent development consultant where she coached and advised managers and employees in among other individual development, organisation-development, change-management and teambuilding.
Eva's background within the HR branch also gives her lots of experience in talent-management, temporary hiring. At Peoplexs we are looking forward to work with Eva as we see her as enrichment to our company. Besides Eva we also welcome Peter Kristensen as our new sales manager. Peter is salesman by heart and has many years of sales experience. In the past Peter has worked as corporate & retails sales manager at Kaspersky Lab and as sales manager for SiteAttention. Peter has the quality to understand the requirements and needs in HR of organisations and delivers the solution they need. Peter is an energetic and driven person who will add an extra dimension to our sales team.
Our third new colleague is Junaid Ahmad. Junaid will be strengthening our team as a consultant. Despite his young age (26) Junaid has already some years of experience in HR. Among others he worked as a recruitment consultant for iselection and pre-sales and business consultant at CoreAmbition. Junaid has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management which will make him a reinforcement of the team. "The addition of these new team members will not only bring our Nordic office to a higher professional level, but will also enrich our team with a wide knowledge of HR skills that will help us lead into a new era, where we move from recruitment only, into Talent Management and Education Solutions" said Eelco Scheltinga, Managing Director Nordic a.i. and CFO Peoplexs Global. "I am convinced our customers will notice a big difference in the way they are serviced going forward".

At our latest community day in October we published the numbers that show your involvement in co-creating thanks to interactive technologies. We have noted a big change in behaviour of almost all of you since the start of this all. The workshops that we have had recently where you shared experiences and imagined ways to improve have fueled the development tank in an unseen way!
We invite you to continue to keep on posting new ideas, and vote for changes. This will continue to deliver improved user experiences, new ways to support your customers higher user satisfaction and return on human capital investments made.
Thank you for creating value by constantly enhancing our product. Your input is always the most important starting point to which we have our strategy emerge over time. The journey is an ongoing road, which has become even more enjoyable since we cooperate the way we currently do.
Given the success in Europe of recent years PeopleXS has decided to continue the current growth strategy and further develop an establishment in Asia for the "Asia Pacific" market. Singapore to be exact. Nils Frenkel has been appointed as Managing Director and is currently exploiting the market there.
Nils has brings experience in setting up new offices and doing international sales. In one of his recent roles as 'Director of Sales' at a service company he was responsible for the APAC region.
The expansion in Asia is a logical result of the path taken in earlier years. to become a global player in the field of recruitment and talent management. With our current platform, we are well placed to serve multinationals and able to also quickly roll them out and make distinction into various countries or regions by segmenting the application. Our different language modules can also be used when deploying the system in these regions.
We have great confidence in this market and the growth they are currently experiencing. Expansion in Asia will make our product and our community of users even more interesting, larger and more professional because more users will participate and contribute ideas. Customers who have an office in Asia will be contacted by us or they can contact us for their recruitment and talent management activities to professionalize it further.

Last week Thursday PeopleXS Nordic held their yearly userconference at Middelgrundsfortet in Oresund, close to the harbor in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was a very unusual day at a very unusual place. Middelgrundsfortet is an old fort on an island built during the reign of King Christian IX. It is the worlds largest artificially built island without any permanent connection to the mainland. Surely it had its charm, but the facilities were very used and not so well maintained, well, what can you expect for a fort more than 100 years old?
It was with great excitement we could welcome customers from all parts of Denmark. We were very pleased that so many had taken a day out from their busy schedule to spend the day with us.
The main purpose of this user day was, from our side, to give our users an opportunity to network, listen to what they have to say, and of course increase their knowledge of PeopleXS.
One of the highlights of the day was our CFO Eelco Scheltingas presentation. It was over social recruiting and the campaigns some companies make to attract a certain target group and what we in the future can expect from social network.
Also an important session of the day was the 'unconference', where the users could decide the agenda. Here different PeopleXS topics were discussed.
All in all it was a very inspiring day, both for us and the users which we can see from the evaluations forms. What we can work towards for next year's userday is to make more room for networking.
We left the island with manner, to everyone's surprise, they fired a cannon, all there is left to say is salute and see you next year!
As the upcoming release is just around the corner and focus is on the improvements of the application itself, I would also like to put a new community area in the spotlight.
This new area is called "Labs". Here we will give you an preview of what community ideas and other improvements we are working on, as they are being developed.
With the new "Labs" you will not have to wait unto the final weeks before the release when you receive the release notes. You can see what is coming out of our hands and how we have interpreted your ideas while we are working on it.
In the community spirit it is possible to comment and discuss with each other and directly with our developers. So you will not only have insight on what we are working on, but you are also able to influence the final outcome. To avoid raising expectations to high, not everything that is set in motion will see the light of day. As with real "Labs" :-)
