Business Unit

The Business Unit ICT provides IT infrastructure, data processing and application support capacity to all of NIBC.

ICT consists of 3 teams:

  • Infrastructure Management and Cientsupport
  • System Development & Maintenance
  • Service Management

Job Profile
NIBC is currently extending our SharePoint platform from being an intranet portal towards becoming an enterprise collaboration platform. As an enterprise collaboration platform the need for team sites and custom user front ends with custom Nintex workflows is growing. Next to extending SharePoint NIBC is completing a project at which NIBC is switching to digital archiving. In order to service the business needs in both these areas we’re looking for a technical specialist who has knowledge and enthusiasm to complete the team
As SharePoint & document management specialist you’ll be part of the System Development & Maintenance team which is part of the ICT department.
Your responsibilities will be performing 2nd and 3rd line support (monitoring and maintaining SharePoint and other ECM related applications), documenting, incident and problem handling, acting as an subject matter expert in projects and following change management procedures by deploying solutions according to the OTAP model.
Together with the development team you’ll be designing and implementing new solutions in SharePoint where a excellent balance should be made by using all existing platform components or extending it with additional tooling.
As a technical application manager, you will be expected to think on your feet, actively assist the business grow and be eager to develop your SharePoint skills.

Job Requirements

 

Education

  • The successful candidate will have the minimum of a HBO level of education, preferably in an IT-related study. 

 

Experience

  • Experience in SharePoint required;
  • Knowledge of Hyarchis.Net is preferred;
  • Excellent knowledge of document management systems;
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft technologies and applications;
  • Database and SQL knowledge.
