We would like to be able to add and publish a vacancy with a later start date. As it is now, when publishing a vacancy you cannot postpone the start date as it is published immediately after clicking on publish.
We would like the possibility to add a candidate to a vacancy from the managers portal.

A request to be able to send candidates incl. cvs en motivation letter to other contacts. It is very useful and nessicary when using Committees. The same function should be visible from the managersportal as it is under vacancies as a full user.
We should limit the size of attachment in order to prevent computers from crashing down when opening a big file. It would it also make it easier and more convenient to forward files, for example with the "send candidates to contact" function.

When doing a task update, you can send an email only if you use an existing template from the list. Would like to be able to select no template / blank templates like you can on the documents tab but doing it altogether (both in individual task update or mass update). Just list no template in the drop down box for selecting mail templates.
It would be very helpful if a manager could forward the CVs from the manager portal to someone else for additional feedback. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment but would be very helpful.
If you perform a task update on a candidate, you automatically get back to the task. If you then want to perform another task update for another candidate, you need to first click on applications, then on the open vacancy. It would be a lot easier if there was a link which directly leads you to the vacancy the candidate has applied for.
The current problem is that there are too many (some unused) tabs and there is too much information on the screen. We would like to limit this information in order that the recruiter can focus on the most important information. For example for the accounts we would like to hide the tabs like contacts, documents, vacancy etc, This information is all available on the overview tab and can be changed directly from the overview tab. For the candidate tabs we would like to remove advertisements which is not currently in use. Also it should be possibility to hide main objects like Leads from the main view.
